Located in the heart of the Jordaan, Magazene aims to provide its guests with an exclusive experience. The salon acts as a live magazine, breathing life into art, photography, beauty and lifestyle. Besides hair styling, Magazene hosts expositions, shoots and art events.
Magazene would love to share the location with another company or shop that suits Magazene’s style, whether a recordstore or a mini-café. Possibilities are endless. We’re an open salon with a relaxed atmosphere. Against a monthly rent of €1850 we are offering the use of half of the salon. Renting our salon means that you can benefit from our existing customer base. Magazene has a large number of regular customers and welcomes visitors every day.
About the Location
Magazene is located on the ground floor of a historic building in the lively Jordaan neighborhood, on Westerstraat 123. The street is filled with shops, galeries, restaurants and cafés. The space is 93 m2 divided over the ground floor and souterrain and has a bathroom, small kitchen and basement. Preferably, the rent would start from December on.
